Tembe Elephant Park is situated in northern KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The park was developed by the Tembe Tribal Authority and
Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, the conservation body that also runs the adjacent Ndumo Game Reserve and other wildlife reserves in the province.
Tembe was established in 1983 and only opened to the public in 1991.
The park is home to more than 200 elephants which
are reputed to be the largest in the world. Among them there are BIG Tuskers who I like to present here at these pages.
Next
to the elephants there are lots of other species like Lion, Nyala, Rhino, Leopard,
African Painted (Wild) Dogs and many others
The size of Tembe Elephant Park is covering 300 square km
