Tuskers of Africa
bl-home.jpg
I will try to gather and update the information on this Tusker-site as good as possible and need the help of others (you?) to keep up with changes like areas where they have been seen lately, marks to recognize them and pictures of these beautiful elephants.

I hope you like this initiative and visit this part of the website frequently. Feel free to send an e-mail with relevant info and or pictures to my mail address.

All elephants on this page are not officially named tuskers yet.
Reason to set up this page is to help people identifying elephants during their trips to Kruger NP. The names are
given by me, based on the location they have been seen first. Names are after (small) rivers or waterholes close
 to that location.
Also I add elephants with potential to become Tuskers in near future, based on size and thickness of the
tusks. With this we can follow promising elephants from young age to maybe a Big Tusker.
